Gordon H. Williams and Zhou Jinxiao have gathered together a score, evocative drawings and a science fiction letter to form After December: A Letter from the Planet E. The narrative travels from the ecstatic joy of love to disillusionment and the collapse of utopia, finally finding a resolve to hope and to carry on. Together Williams and Zhou are excavating a world of strange affections, distorted relations and shifting perspectives.
